Victor entered the U.S. Army at Fairmont, West Virginia February of 1955 and was assigned to Fort Jackson, S.C. and transferred to Camp Gordon, GA.  Victor completed two tours in Korea and three tours in Germany, Victor attended 2nd Army NCO Academy.  My two tours in Korea were Combat Tours on the DMZ where he says there were good times and bad times but, would do it the same way again. 

Victor received an Honorable Discharge after 20 years service at Ansbach, Germany
